Questions & answers
Which photobooth software can use these frames?
Any software that takes transparent PNG frames or overlays: Q-Booth, dslrBooth, Sparkbooth, Breeze, tablet photobooth apps, even Canva or Photoshop for manual editing.
What sizes are the files and prints?
Strips are 600 × 1800 px (two side by side on one 4 × 6 in print), portraits 1200 × 1800 px and landscapes 1800 × 1200 px, all made for 4 × 6 in at 300 dpi.
How do I download after paying?
As soon as the payment is confirmed, the download button appears on your order page (we also email the link) and under My account if you signed in with Google. Each product can be downloaded 5 times within 7 days.
Why is the ZIP password-protected?
Every buyer gets their own ZIP and password, and every frame carries a licence mark in the buyer's name. That protects the designs from piracy. The password is on your order page and in your email; the ZIP opens directly in Windows, macOS and Android file apps.
May I use them in a paid photobooth business?
Yes. The licence covers your own photobooth business or events, with unlimited prints. What is not allowed: reselling, sharing or re-uploading the frame files.
How can I pay?
QRIS, e-wallets, bank transfer / virtual account and credit/debit cards, processed securely by Midtrans. You are charged in Indonesian rupiah; dollar prices are an estimate for visitors abroad.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest with your email. Sign in with Google and all your purchases stay in My account, downloadable from any device.
My downloads ran out or I lost the files. What now?
Contact us with your order number. We can add downloads for genuine buyers.
Do you offer refunds?
Because digital products can be downloaded right away, a purchase cannot be refunded once downloaded. If a file is broken or not as described, contact us and we will make it right.
Usage licence
- Unlimited prints in the buyer's own photobooth business or events.
- You may add text, an event name or a client's logo on top of a frame.
- You may not resell, share, give away or re-upload the frame files, whole or in part, including as templates on marketplaces.
- Every file carries a licence mark that points to the buyer's order. Files that circulate can be traced to their order.
