Privacy policy

What we keep

When you buy, we keep your name, email, WhatsApp number (if given) and the order. Your name and order number appear on the licence and inside the files you download. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account id; we never see your Google password.

Download records

Every download is logged (time, IP address, browser) to count your downloads and prevent abuse.

Payments

Payments are processed by Midtrans. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Location and cookies

From your IP address we guess whether you are in Indonesia, only to pick the starting language and currency (IP Geolocation by DB-IP data, processed on our own server). We use a session cookie for the cart and sign-in, and cookies for your language and currency choice. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion at any time by writing to admin@fotofoto.my.id. Order records that must be kept for accounting are kept as the law requires.
