Digital products

Every product at fotofoto.my.id is a downloadable digital file. Nothing is shipped. Prices are in Indonesian rupiah and final; dollar prices are an estimate for visitors abroad, and payment is always in rupiah.

Payment and downloads

Once the payment is confirmed, the files can be downloaded from the order page or My account, 5 times within 7 days. They come in a ZIP with a password of your own. If you run out of downloads, contact us with your order number.

Licence

• The buyer may use the files with unlimited prints in their own photobooth business or events, including paid events for clients.
• The buyer may add text, an event name or a client's logo on top of a frame.
• The buyer may not resell, share, give away or re-upload the files, whole or in part, including as templates or other digital products.
• Every file carries a licence mark that points to the buyer's order. A breach of the licence may end it and be pursued under copyright law.

Cancellations and refunds

Because the files can be downloaded right away, a purchase cannot be cancelled once downloaded. If a file is broken or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.
